The m.Care system has many types of reports available to assist with managing your program. Below is a brief description of available reports
m.Care Platform Reports

Average Length of Stay by Medical Center | Display the average completed patient Length-of-Stay (time in program) by Medical Center. |
Billing Report | Display patient list with demographic information, RPM billing codes with units generated during defined date range |
Deleted Measurements Report | Display measurements deleted by LSTMonitor users with fields for patient identifiers, measurement type, measurement values, measurement date and time, member deleting the data |
Department Staff | Display all staff members with current access, User ID, Name, Role, Privilege, user Class, Creation Date, Last Access Date, Medical Center restriction |
End Point by Medical Center | Display the average completed patient Deactivation Reason by Medical Center. |
Enrollment by Medical Center | Display counts of all valid Patient Activations that are either in-progress (Active) or Completed (Deactivated). A single patient may have multiple activations, and each valid activation is included in the report. |
Length of Stay | List each valid Completed Patient Activation with the associated Length-of-Stay (time in program). |
LSTMonitor Usage Report | Display staff members who have accessed the LSTMonitor system in the last 180 days, with Role, showing number of days accessing the system in Last 7, Last 30, and Last 180 days |
Patient Adherence By Medical Center V3 | Display counts of all expected Patient Measurement and Survey responses based on adherence expectations. The report includes both Active and Deactivated patients. |
Patient Satisfaction Report | Display the Patient Satisfaction Survey questions and responses, showing percentage of patients selecting each response option, broken down by medical center |
Patient Satisfaction Summary | Display the Patient Satisfaction Survey response rate and calculate the patient’s response percentage for each question. |
Patient Volume Detail | Display a detailed list of all valid Patient Activations that are either in-progress (Active) or Completed (Deactivated). A single patient may have multiple activations, and each valid activation is included in the report. |
Pending Tasks Report | Display open Tasks by Care Team member, displaying patient identifiers, contact information, Task reason, and priority |
Provider Billing Summary | Displays brief summary of RPM Billing codes generated in department during defined billing period |
Subject BMI Report | Displays most recent BMI and weight value for all patients in the department |
Subject Education Usage Report | Displays each user, the list of books assigned, and the last date the user accessed each book |
Subject Key Date Summary | Display ‘Key-Dates’ for only active patients. Key-Dates include Date Created, First Measurement, Patient First Logon |
Subject Measurement Standards Report | Display individual patient Measurement Standards for quick department-wide view |
Subject Support Info Report | Show the patient’s most recent Mobile App access request. The report displays the Platform, App Version, OS Version for the patient’s device that was used. |
Survey Response Report | Show the patient’s survey response for any given survey, distribution date, region/Medical Center, and Survey Completion Status |
Task Aging by Medical Center | Display each Medical center with volume of Open Tasks of each Task Type |
Task Completion Report | List the completed tasks for the specified users (patients). Fields include MRN, Task Type, Task Creation Date, Expected Dur Hours, Actual Dur Hours, Lead, Person that completed the task |
Task Response Time | Display Tasks sorted by Medical Center with fields for Task Type Actual Start and End, Planned Start and End, Delay, Total Minutes on Task |
Tasks Created Per Patient | Display patient list with total volume of Tasks generated |
Total Volume by Medical Center | Display a count of all valid Patient Activations that are either in-progress (Active) or Completed (Deactivated). A single patient may have multiple activations, and each valid activation is included in the counts on this report. |
Video Conference Activity by Week | Display total time each provider spent in Video Conferencing, in minutes, per week. Fields include week, Provider Name, Patient Name, minutes, and number of calls. |
Video Conference Activity List | Display every video call by patient name, start and stop time, number of 15 minute intervals, and actual duration in minutes |
Video Conference Activity Report | Display every video call listing all participants, conference start time/date, and total minutes |
Video Conference Patient Summary Report | Displays patient list with summary of total duration of video conference calls and number of calls during a defined period |
Weight Loss Activity Report | Lists patient demographics in addition to meal plan, volume of nutrition entries, weight changes over time, step and exercise data, METS burn per week |
Work Type Generated Per Patient | Display all patients with patient identifiers, total tasks generated, and volume of each task type generated per patient |
