The activities you create are made up of graphical elements like squares, circles, triangles, labels, etc. When you place a graphical item on your activity, you can move it to the correct position, resize it to be as big or small as you like and even rotate the item as needed. You use your fingers to do so much like you might if you were editing a presentation using PowerPoint or KeyNote.
To position or size one of your graphical elements, first, tap the item and ensure that the yellow rectangle indicates the item is now the “Currently Selected Item” as shown in the following screen clip.
Next, to move the rectangle, simply drag it with your finger.
To resize the rectangle, place your thumb and index finger on top of the graphic and “spread” your fingers apart, thereby enlarging the item.
To rotate the rectangle, place your thumb and index finger on top of the graphic and “rotate” your fingers clockwise or counter clockwise.
The following video shows a yellow rectangle being located, sized and rotated using my fingers from within the activity designer.
