The m.Care app has an integrated speech recognition system that allows you to speak into the app and have it record measurements, journaling entries, nutritional intake, etc. The following are some example of the commands that you can speak into the system:

I weigh 100 pounds

My pulse ox is 98

My blood pressure is 132/70

My temperature is 98.6

I walked 4 miles today

I did 25 push ups

I played golf for 4 hours

I drank a glass of water

I ate a bagel for breakfast

To write in your journal you can say:

My (finger) hurts

I have (a headache)

Log (that I’m feeling crummy today)
